A challenging experience

Although his adjustment to the workplace has been positive, he has shared some of the challenges he has had to overcome. In a recent interview with Fórmula TV, the presenter revealed details about the difficulties she has experienced during her time on the show.
Challenges and difficulties
Madrueño explained that the extreme heat in Honduras affected the whole team during the live recordings, to the point that they had to deal with a heat attack. In addition, mosquito bites and allergies have complicated her day-to-day life, forcing her to take antihistamines regularly. The ants have also caused him problems, to the point of inflaming his foot and requiring medical treatment to prevent infection.
The presenter has admitted that avoiding exposure to the sun is crucial to avoid sunstroke and dizziness, as they work in an environment without air conditioning, with temperatures exceeding 50 degrees and sand that causes burns.
Connecting with nature
Despite the challenges, Madrueño has emphasized that working from Honduras has allowed him to connect with nature, although he has acknowledged that he misses his usual diet and the comforts of home.
Reviews of Survivors
In addition, Laura Matamoros, who also participated in the program, has expressed her criticism of Survivors. After being evacuated due to medical problems, she has shared her experience in a negative way, stating that there is a lack of information on the part of the organization and that some attitudes of the other contestants are not in line with the true spirit of survival.
In a letter published on Instagram, Matamoros has announced that he will take a sabbatical to recover from his experience on the show, expressing his disappointment with how his time on Survivors has turned out.
