After three months of absence, the songs of Taylor Swift, Rosalía and Aitana will be available again on TikTok. This is due to a recent licensing agreement between the record companies and the social media platform.

Universal Music Group (UMG) has announced a new deal that will allow its artists’ songs to be heard again on TikTok. This multi-dimensional licensing agreement will bring great benefits to both companies and bring UMG music back to TikTok’s global community of over one billion users.

The UMG catalog includes songs by renowned artists such as Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga, Lola Índigo, Harry Styles, The Beatles, Ariana Grande, Adele and Coldplay, among others.

In a statement, UMG said this agreement marks a new era of strategic collaboration with TikTok, based on a shared commitment to nurturing UMG artists and songwriters to achieve their creative and commercial potential.
