A fair that evolves
The Federation of Andalusian Cultural Entities in Catalonia (FECAC) has revealed the exciting news of the Fair of April 2025, an event that promises to be greater and secure. From April 25 to May 4, the Forum Park will host this cultural celebration with an expanded capacity and new security measures.
Security and Access: New regulations
For the first time, access to the fair will require a payment ticket. Daniel Salinero, President of the FECAC, said that this decision is a response to the constant increase in visitors from the pandemic, which forced to close the accesses for security. The capacity will be expanded by 40,000 people to ensure a better experience.
Details about entry
Tickets, with a price of € 3, will be available through the Feriadabril.cat platform from April 7, as well as at the ticket offices. In addition, valid € 12 season tickets are offered for every day of the fair, with free access on the opening day and on select dates.
A poster that evokes Miró’s art
During the presentation at the Miró Foundation, Salinero emphasized the inspiration of the poster, created by the artist Christian Fernández, in the work of Joan Miró. Its visual proposal incorporates elements of the flamenco dress, presenting a female figure that is expressed through fluid forms that reflect the essence of the creator.
Colors that speak
Fernández explained that red, yellow and blue of the poster are a tribute to Miró’s artistic legacy, symbolizing the passion, happiness and essence of the Mediterranean, thus offering an emotional connection with the attendees.
Final reflections
With the aim of enriching cultural experience, FECAC seeks not only to celebrate Andalusian traditions, but also to adapt to new security and accessibility needs. The Feria de Abril 2025 is presented as an opportunity to live the culture in a safer and more dynamic environment.
