A strategic acquisition by the City Council
The La Palmera building was acquired by the Town Council of l’Escala in a Treasury auction. This strategic acquisition allowed the City Council to obtain a space of 510 m2 with the possibility of building land of 1,500 m2. Among the options considered for this space are the construction of social housing or the location of community facilities.
