This year’s Pau Casals Day concert, held last June 12 at the Palau de la Música, was an unforgettable night of music that surprised and moved the audience. Despite the unforeseen changes in performers and program, the concert captivated the audience with masterful and emotional performances.

Due to the accident suffered by the pianist Francesco Piemontesi, the concert experienced unexpected changes in the performers. Cellist Daniel Müller-Schott and pianist Annika Treutler took over and delivered outstanding performances that captivated the audience.
