– 2 carrots
– The green parts of the leek
– Half a head of garlic
– 2 bay leaves
– Some branches of thyme
For the later sauce:
– The boiled head of garlic
– 50 g mustard
– 100 g of ketchup
– 1 tablespoon Perrins sauce
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 spoon of sugar
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 100 ml of white wine
– 200 ml of rib broth
Follow these steps to prepare boiled and baked ribs:
– Boil the ribs with the carrots, bay leaf, leek, head of garlic and thyme.
– Prepare the sauce by mixing the mustard, ketchup, Perrins sauce, paprika, sugar, soy sauce, white wine and broth.
– Place the vegetables and the boiled ribs on a baking tray.
– Cover the ribs with the crushed boiled garlic and cover with the sauce.
– Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until golden.
– Serve the ribs with the sauce and vegetables.
