The SX3 achieves audience records

After a period of decline, the SX3 has seen a significant increase in viewership. According to data from the Catalan Audiovisual Media Corporation (CCMA), the channel has achieved a screen share of 43.4% among viewers aged 4 to 12, the best figure since the reformulation of the channel. In addition, more than 1.5 million viewers tune into SX3 monthly, and February saw 37% growth in cumulative daily viewers.

Video playback on demand

In addition to the audience success, the SX3 has also achieved an increase in video-on-demand streams. During this season, there were 17.1 million plays on the SX3 and 3Cat apps, up 31% from the previous year. These plays were performed on an average of 204,100 unique devices per month.

Outstanding programming

Several programs have contributed to the success of the SX3. The program Fuet stands out, which explains the history of Catalonia and its traditions in a humorous and entertaining way. This program achieved an average share of 23.8% in the children’s target audience and was the most watched children’s program on the 3Cat platform. It is also worth noting the program in Titó, which is the most followed of the SX3 and has accumulated more than 16.5 million reproductions on all platforms.
