Its production plant in Seva (Barcelona) has allowed the production of 200,000 kilograms of product, predominantly intended for state and international brands in the sector. According to the CEO of Zyrcular, Santi Aliaga, the company is gaining ground as an industrial reference for alternative proteins in Catalonia, offering innovative and technological solutions to customers. With a primary focus on third-party production, particularly in the foodservice sector, Zyrcular has established itself as a distributor of renowned brands such as Beyond Meat, Quorn, Current Foods and others, consolidating its presence in the market.

Zyrcular’s strategy includes the distribution of products from other alternative protein brands, offering consumers a varied dining experience. With a turnover of 2.5 million euros by 2023, Zyrcular expects a 20% increase in sales for this year, prioritizing the establishment of lasting relationships with customers and the promotion of the alternative protein.
