An Agreement That Stops the Strike
The workers of the Ginesta municipal nursery school have reached an agreement with the Sant Feliu City Council that has put an end to the indefinite strike that had been called for Wednesday, April 12. This agreement, according to municipal sources, has been reached after several meetings with the workers and representatives of the USOC Teaching Union to address their demands and explain the political intentions and objectives of the municipal government in relation to this service.
Commitments of the City Council
The City Council has committed to launch a new contract with the conditions of the tender from September 1, 2023, with the aim of improving the working conditions and remuneration of the workers so that they are adjusted as much as possible possible under the conditions of the municipality.
