Pre -registration start for FP
From yesterday until May 29, the Department of Education and Professional Training has officially opened the pre -registration period for professional training programs. During this time, interested parties may submit their requests to access medium, higher degree cycles, as well as plastic arts and design programs.
News in the registration process
One of the most significant innovations in this year is that the pre -registration and enrollment process will conclude on July 31. This measure seeks to ensure that the greatest possible number of students obtains a place in its favorite cycle, minimizing the possibility that those who are assigned a place do not formalize their enrollment.
Assignments and confirmations
During the month of July, three rounds of allocation will be carried out. Students must perform two essential actions: confirm their assignment through an online system or, if they prefer, give up the square. In addition, a digital method for confirmation of assignments and enrollment has been developed, thus providing greater flexibility to future students and their families.
Improvements in communication with applicants
The department has also decided to implement a set of improvements in communication with students to facilitate the understanding of this new procedure. Text messages and reminder emails will be sent to those who have not confirmed or renounced their place, using a more accessible language. Pre -registration forms will emphasize the importance of making multiple applications.
New information channels
A WhatsApp channel has been created to which applicants can join, which will provide periodic updates on the processes and key dates of the academic calendar.
INTRODUCTION OF THE CUTTING NOTES
As part of the improvements, a cutting notes has been launched that allows students to consult what the cutting note was to access the training cycles during the 2024-2025 course. This tool will serve as a valuable reference for those who wish to register in a formative cycle from September, being able to filter the information by access, priority, territory, cycle, turn and center of FP.
Expansion of the educational offer
For the 2025-2026 course, the Department of Education and Professional Training has decided to increase the offer of professional training in a total of 7,583 new places. This extension responds to the growing interest of the population in these teachings.
Increase in educational groups
305 new groups will be created in various educational areas, including training and insertion programs, specific educational itineraries, medium and upper degree FP, artistic, sports and performing arts.
This increase is the result of an exhaustive analysis of the demand, considering those who in the previous pre -registration did not obtain a place, as well as the viability of the spaces and resources available in the educational centers, as well as the availability of teaching staff and places for practical training.
