Unions Call for a Large Demonstration
The unions CSIF, STAS, CCOO and UGT have announced the call for a large demonstration on May 7 in Toledo, in support of the rights of the professional body of environmental agents. This mobilization arises in response to the failure to meet commitments by the García Page Government and its refusal to establish a negotiation calendar.
Motto and Route of the Demonstration
The motto of the demonstration will be ‘Environmental agents fighting for their rights’ and will start from the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance, Public Administrations and Transformation until reaching the General Directorate of Public Function.
Claims and Actions
The conveners recall that a bull run and two rallies have previously been held in front of the General Directorate to demand a calendar to make effective the committed improvements in terms of organization, safety, working conditions and provision of means to efficiently carry out their preservation work. of the natural environment.
The decalogue of demands includes aspects such as schedule order applicable to the service, second activity and early retirement, new regulations, fire prevention and extinguishing order, improvement of the specific complement, among others.
The unions have expressed their willingness not to cease the mobilizations until the administration meets its commitments, reserving all those actions that they consider necessary and permitted by law.
