Beginning of the pre -enrollment period for training cycles
From yesterday until May 29, the window opens for pre -registration for vocational training courses. Interested persons may submit their applications for middle and upper level cycles, as well as for visual arts and design.
Changes in the enrollment process
One of the highlights of this year is that all pre -enrollment and registration applications will be closed on July 31. This measure seeks to ensure that students have access to the places they want and minimize the number of students who do not finish the enrollment process after they have been accepted.
Assignments during July
During the month of July, three rounds of allocation will be made. Students will have to confirm or give up their online place, as well as complete the necessary procedures with the school. In addition, a digital confirmation system is introduced to facilitate the process.
Improvements in communication with aspirants
The Department of Education will implement several improvements in their communication with future students. Text and emails will be sent to remind students that they have not confirmed their place. The messages will be written in a more accessible language.
Nou WhatsApp channel
For greater interaction, a WhatsApp channel has been created where applicants will be able to subscribe to receive updated information on important processes and dates.
Cutting notes search engine
Another innovation is the introduction of a cut-off search engine that allows students to consult what was the minimum grade of access to the training cycles for the 2024-2025 course. This tool offers information filtered by various criteria, facilitating the decision -making of the interested parties.
Expansion of places for the 2025-2026 course
In order to meet the increasing demand for vocational training, the Department of Education and Vocational Training has announced the increase of 7,583 places for the next course. This extension will include 305 new groups in various educational disciplines.
Analysis of demand
The increase in the offer is the result of a detailed analysis that has identified students who did not get a place last year, as well as a review of the capacity of the centers, the availability of teachers and places for practices in companies.
