An unexpected career
If she gets to know that one day she would become queen, Letícia would never have behaved in this way. Paloma Rocasolano’s daughter studied journalism without any pretensions. She never thought she would be the Queen of Spain, although according to Jim Russo, she was clear that she wanted to meet Felipe VI, and she knew that journalism was a career that sooner or later she could match. And so it happened. She is an ambitious woman and the whole family knew she would go far. However, during her first 30 years, the Asturian was just another young woman, and she behaved as such, enjoying life.
An intriguing past
Many unauthorized biographies of the queen have been written with episodes from her past, one of them in the hands of David Rocasolano. She never imagined that a relative could betray her for money. There has been talk of his family’s economic situation, they didn’t have a single euro, or of his summers in Catalonia with his sister Telma, where he hitchhiked and went to nudist beaches. Luckily at that time she was not famous and no photograph of her exists. He also had many adventures in Mexico. Her closest friends explain that Letícia really liked partying and drinking. She came home when it was time to go to work, sometimes she didn’t even sleep, and some people had to pick her up because she couldn’t stand. Although it must be recognized that he was always 100% at work.
Family memories
Letícia had a great relationship with her grandparents. Paco and Kety, these were the parents of Paloma Rocasolano. There is still a photograph of the couple next to their daughter on the beaches of Benidorm early in the morning to take a place on the beach, they went every summer with the parasol, the folding chairs, the radio and the packed fridge soft drinks and sandwiches to get you through the day.

A past he wants to forget
The queen is determined to make that era disappear from her life suddenly.
