A shocking representation
Until May 11, the La Villarroel Theater hosts ‘Women of Radio’, an innovative play by Cristina Clemente, under the direction of Sergi Belbel. This production is inspired by the experiences of eight women who have fought against breast cancer, offering an intimate and powerful perspective on their lives.

Carol: Youth and insecurity
In contrast to Rosa, Carol, performed by Sara Diego, is a young woman with an uncertain future, who defines himself with humor and sincerity. Her internal struggle between expectations and reality makes her recolable, while she shares her anecdotes with a charm that wins her audience.
Agate: The strength of motherhood
Sara Espígul gives life to Agata, a nurse who finds her strength through her young daughter. Its story reflects the importance of family relationships in times of crisis, as well as their determination to share their experience with others.

The set design by Max Glaenzel is a reflection of the emotional journey of the protagonists. An immaculate white soil with a podium in the center symbolizes fragility and strength, while a meteorite sculpture evokes the challenge that these women have to face.
