Celebration of Rutatast: An unforgettable event

Last Sunday, April 6, Sant Martí de Tous experienced an exceptional day with the fourth edition of the Rutatast, an event that has trapped the attention of hundreds of nature lovers, sport and gastronomy. The participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a world of local flavors and charming landscapes.

A circular itinerary full of surprises

This year, the route presented a new proposal with a circular route that covered more than 14 kilometers along tracks and paths in the area. Attendees were able to start their adventure in small groups between 8am and 9.30pm, allowing you to enjoy a more intimate and personalized experience.

Local Product Tastings: A pleasure for sight and palate

Throughout the route, participants met 14 local producers who set up 8 tasting stops, offering a wide range of traditional dishes and handmade products. Attendees were able to taste delights such as chickpea beef stew, homemade tortillas, select wines, craft beers, honey, cottage cheese, pests and ice cream.

Prominent producers

Among the producers who participated in this edition are the Caseta de Fillol, Cal Serralet, the stable 4 winds, and many others who helped make this event a celebration of local talent. In addition, attendees were able to visit two local farms, the Caseta de Fillol and Cal Serralet, to get to know first hand their processes and products.

Positive and promising future rating

The answer to this fourth edition has been overwhelming, with the registrations exhausted in a short time. Sònia Torra, President of the Association of Producers of the Conca d’Odena, expressed his satisfaction, saying that “The Rutatast has become a key event and the producers are increasingly committed to this initiative”.

A complete experience

Jana Peters Solé, a technician at the Agrarian Park, added that ‘The Rutatast is much more than a simple event; It is an immersion in local culture and our products’. The favorable weather this spring has helped make this edition one of the most memorable.

A growing legacy

Started in 2022, the Rutatast has evolved over the years, each edition with a different route that has connected several points in the Agricultural Park of the Conca d’Odena. The first edition began in Copons and has expanded its influence with routes that have trapped the interest of the community.

Next activities in the Agricultural Park

The next major appointment of the Agricultural Park of the Conca d’Odena will be the Product Exhibition, scheduled for May 25 in Òdena. The organizers promise more details soon, with the aim of continuing to foster the knowledge and appreciation of local products.
