The third issue of Apart magazine
The Disfrutar restaurant hosted the presentation of a new gastronomic publication this morning. This magazine, called Apart, is the third issue of a series that comes out annually and is produced by Cuina magazine. On this occasion, the masters of ceremony and co-directors of the magazine were Oriol Castro, Mateu Casañas and Eduart Xatruch. The presentation was led by Judith Càlix, director of Cuina magazine.

The third issue of Apart has as its guiding thread the Mediterranean, a region rich in culture and gastronomy. Through seven in-depth reports, the magazine reflects on the product, the restaurants and the human stories of this area.
