A new age for music in Camprodon
This Saturday, April 5, 2025, Camprodon will become the focus of musical attention with the launch of the Microclimate Festival, which will integrate the previous microclimate and macroclimate editions under a single innovative brand. This initiative was born with the aim of consolidating the locality as an essential musical destination within the Pyrenees, where the harmony between music and nature generates memorable experiences, far from the usual massification of festivals.
A diversified and accessible musical offer
The new microclimate proposal will be divided into two seasons: Microclimate spring and the Microclimate Festival, with the aspiration to create a rich and varied musical calendar that takes advantage of Camprodon’s natural beauty throughout the year. The spring season will maintain the cozy atmosphere that has characterized the previous edition, with free concerts that will be held in unique spaces of the town during the months of May and June.
A festival with great potential
The Microclimate Festival, which will replace the old macroclimate, promises an attractive and dynamic program that will take place during the first weekend of August in the Parc de la Mare de la Font. The new edition will focus on offering performances by recognized names, with a philosophy of proximity that will allow attendees to enjoy high -level artists who do not usually act in the area.
Official Festival Presentation
The complete presentation of the two programs will take place this Saturday at 6 pm at the Pont Nou de Camprodon, an event that has become a tradition. Attendees will enjoy surprise performances above the bridge, with some of the artists who will be part of the festival poster.
A professional prestige team
The organization of the new Microclima Festival will continue under the direction of La Tornada, a Girona promoter, with the support of the City Council of Camprodon. In addition, the festival will have the collaboration of the Cruïlla Festival, led by its founder, Jordi Herreruela, who will provide a strategic vision to the project. In addition, Enric Jové, a marketing and communication expert with a long history of McCann and current President of the BCD, will be incorporated as an advisor to strengthen the festival’s communicative strategy.
A promising future for outdoor music
With the creation of microclimate, Camprodon positions itself as a benchmark for live music and outdoor experiences, offering a space for creativity and connection with nature. The organizers are confident that this new stage will attract a diverse audience, thus contributing to the cultural dynamism of the region and its promotion as a quality tourist destination.
