A weekend full of flavors and legends

La Seu d’Urgell will become the center of culinary traditions and local legends this weekend with the event ‘Legends and flavors of forest’. This initiative seeks to promote the rich gastronomy of the region, highlighting ingredients such as hunting and truffle meat, as well as the intangible cultural heritage of the Pyrenees, including the renowned Ball de l’Ossa.

An event organized by local entities

Organized by the Catalan Hunting Federation, the San Sebastián Brotherhood and the Alt Urgell County Council, the event is part of the ‘Heroes del Pantry’ project. The organizers aim to foster awareness of sustainable hunting, which not only helps to maintain ecological balance, but also enriches local gastronomy.

Free activities for everyone

Most of the activities will be free, including informative sessions, culinary demonstrations and traditional actions, with the only exception of dinner at the Andria Hotel, which requires prior reservation.
