A Week of Festivities and Traditions
The neighborhood of Vilapicina, located in Nou Barris, is preparing to host a vibrant fiesta major in mid-October 2024, an opportunity for the community to enjoy a week full of diverse activities that will revitalize the atmosphere of the neighborhood .
Key Dates of the Celebration
The festivities will take place between October 4 and 13, 2024, with a wide range of activities scheduled in different public spaces in the neighborhoods of Vilapicina and Torre Llobeta.

Inauguration and Religious Traditions
The celebration will begin on Friday, October 4, with the opening of the Timbaler del Bruc School playground at 4:45 p.m., followed by a mass at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish of Santa Eulàlia, and a gospel concert at 8:30 p.m. .
Recreational and Sports Activities
On Saturday 5 October, residents will be able to take part in a bike ride that will tour the neighborhood from 9.30am, with prior registration. In addition, the day will include a festive parade with drummers and the Martian Giant, and a mini hamburger at 12:30 p.m.
Gastronomy and Music
On Sunday, October 6, attendees can enjoy a popular sausage sizzle at noon and a country dance hosted by the Chocolate Cowboys Casino group.
A Variety of Shows
The program of activities includes Sevillanas shows, children’s workshops with puppets and chocolate, as well as guided visits to the Civic Center of Torre Llobeta to discover the history of the neighborhood.
Nights of Music and Parties
The party will culminate with a correfoc on Friday 12 October and a night dedicated to the music of the 70s, 80s and 90s, promising fun for all tastes.
A Closing Full of Emotions
On Sunday, October 13, the celebration will end with a dance exhibition, a musical vermouth and a habanera song, putting the final point to days full of joy and community. Vilapicina’s fiesta is a great opportunity to reconnect with traditions and celebrate neighborhood life.
