– 200 g of Maria type cookies
– 100 g of melted butter
– 4 large apples, peeled and cut into cubes
– 2 spoons of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
– 1 cup of whipping cream (milk cream)
Elaboration
Preparation of the base: Grind the biscuits to a fine powder. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the base. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Preparation of the filling: In a large pan, cook the apples with the sugar, cinnamon and water over medium heat until the apples are tender. Dissolve the gelatin in a little hot water and add to the apple mixture. Let cool a little.
Assembling the cake: Pour the apple mixture over the biscuit base. Whip the cream and spread it over the apple mixture. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before unmolding and serving.

Ingredients
– 3 large apples, peeled and cut into thin slices
– 150 g of digestive biscuits
– 100 g of melted butter
– 100 g of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup of milk
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Elaboration
Preparation of the caramel: Preheat the oven to 180 °C. In a pan, melt 50 g of butter and add 50 grams of sugar. Cook until you get a light caramel. Pour the caramel into the bottom of a cake tin and place the apple slices on top of the caramel.
Preparation of the dough: Crush the biscuits and mix them with the rest of the melted butter. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, add the milk and vanilla essence.
Assembling the cake: Pour the cookie mixture over the apples. Add the liquid mixture over the cookie base. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cake is golden and firm. Leave to cool before unmolding.

Preparation of the filling: Mix the apple cubes with the sugar and cinnamon. Place the apples on the cookie base.
Preparation of the crumble: In a bowl, mix the flour with the brown sugar and the cold butter in cubes until you get a sandy mixture. Sprinkle the crumble over the apples.
Baked: Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes or until the surface is golden and crispy. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
