A new digital transformation paradigm
Today, Andorra has hosted an innovative day that has brought together a hundred experts in digital technologies from various institutions, both public and private. The conference, entitled “Interoperative as a catalyst for digital transformation in the public sector”, has been organized by Andorra Digital, with the support of the Government of Andorra and the Vass and SalesForce technology companies.
Commitment to administrative modernization
Marc Rossell, Secretary of State for Digital Transformation and Telecommunications, has opened the event with the announcement of a newly signed agreement with the Seven Commons, which seeks to optimize efficiency in data sharing and documents, as well as accelerate administrative procedures. This agreement marks a significant breakthrough in the digitalization of public administrations in the country.
The Interoperative Bus: A Strategic Link
David Vicente, director of Andorra Digital, together with Enric Miralles, demand manager of the Interoperative Bus, have presented the data exchange system, technically known as the Interoperative Bus. This infrastructure seeks to facilitate a safe and accessible data exchange between public administrations and companies, improving transparency and confidence in transactions.
Principles of Efficiency and Privacy
One of the key concepts highlighted during the day is the principle “ONLY ONCE”, which allows citizens and companies to provide their information once, avoiding redundancy and thus speeding up the procedures. This not only improves efficiency, but also ensures a more fluid experience for users.
Collaboration as an innovation engine
The event has highlighted the importance of placing the user at the center of the system, improving access to public services more directly. In addition, the need to foster collaboration between public institutions and the private sector has been emphasized, with the aim of developing innovative solutions that benefit society.
Concrete experiences of success
During the day, Andorra Telecom, CASS and the Comú de la Massana have shared real use cases that illustrate the operation of the interoperative bus, as well as the benefits that it brings to both the citizens and the public institutions.
The future of interoperability in Andorra
The support of a solid legal framework and safe technological infrastructure are essential for the development of this data exchange system. Companies such as Salesforce and Vass are key to the implementation of this project, which represents a decisive step towards the digitalization of the Andorran public sector.
Vass: Global Digital Transformation
Vass is a company dedicated to digital transformation, present in 26 countries, which accompanies organizations in its transition to a more digital future. Its mission is to develop responsible technology that promotes positive changes and significant opportunities.
