The conference, entitled “Interoperative as a catalyst for digital transformation in the public sector”, has been organized by Andorra Digital, with the support of the Government of Andorra and the Vass and SalesForce technology companies.

Marc Rossell, Secretary of State for Digital Transformation and Telecommunications, has opened the event with the announcement of a newly signed agreement with the Seven Commons, which seeks to optimize efficiency in data sharing and documents, as well as accelerate administrative procedures. David Vicente, director of Andorra Digital, together with Enric Miralles, demand manager of the Interoperative Bus, have presented the data exchange system, technically known as the Interoperative Bus. This infrastructure seeks to facilitate a safe and accessible data exchange between public administrations and companies, improving transparency and confidence in transactions.

One of the key concepts highlighted during the day is the principle “ONLY ONCE”, which allows citizens and companies to provide their information once, avoiding redundancy and thus speeding up the procedures. This not only improves efficiency, but also ensures a more fluid experience for users.
