A new edition full of flavors and landscapes
Next Sunday, April 6, Sant Martí de Tous will become the scene of an unforgettable gastronomic experience with the celebration of the fourth edition of the Rutatast of the Agricultural Park of the Conca d’Odena (Paco). This year, the novelty is a circular route of 14 kilometers that will allow the attendees to explore the charming paths and paths of the town.
A gastronomic journey through local products
Attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the richness of the territory through their culinary delights. Throughout the route, up to eight stops can be tasted that will present a varied selection of local products. A total of 14 producers will be present, offering tastings ranging from traditional dishes such as chickpea beef stew and tortilla to artisan products such as wines, beers, honey, cottage cheese, pests and ice cream.
Prominent producers joining the party
Among the producers who will participate in this edition are names such as the Caseta de Fillol, Cal Serralet, and the stable 4 winds, among others. This diversity of producers helps to create a rich and varied experience that reflects the culture and gastronomic tradition of the area.
Registration and practical details
The departure of the route will be staggered in small groups between 8 am and 9.30 in the morning, allowing participants to choose the most convenient schedule at the time of formalizing their registration. The circular route will begin and end in Sant Martí de Tous, guaranteeing a complete experience.
Registration opens this week, with a price of € 20 per person, which includes the hike and tastings. Those interested can register through the website https://parcagrarico.cat until March 31 or until the places run out.
