Sem dwarf, the chef leading the kitchen, brings his rich international experience to the place. Originally from Rome, Oscuro has worked in several kitchens around the world, including Marbella, Canada and France. Its culinary proposal in the 3 Maries reflects this background, combining Italian authenticity with fresh Mediterranean products.

The founders, Isabelle, Guy and Ty Hebeller, wanted to convey their passion for Italian cuisine through this project. Guy shares his personal connection with Italy, where he lived for three years. ‘My experience in Italy marked my love for its gastronomy,’ he says, emphasizing the importance of maintaining an excellent value for money without compromising authenticity.
