An opportunity for families
On Thursday, March 6 at 6:30 pm, the Municipal Auditorium M. Rosa Juncosa will host an informative day aimed at families with children who are about to end primary education. This meeting seeks to offer a clear and coordinated view of the different institutes of Vilafranca del Penedès.
An inclusive education system
In order to inform about the educational projects carried out, this day is presented as a space of collaboration between the different centers. Institutes want to show their commitment to an educational system that prioritizes inclusion and equal opportunities for all students.
Access and Monitoring of the Day
Attendance at the event is open to everyone, with the possibility of following it live through the YouTube channel of Penedès Televisión. This option will allow families who cannot attend in person to access and subsequent information.
Visits to the institute’s facilities
After the informative day, each institute will organize visits to their facilities, where families will be able to get to know first -hand the projects and services they offer. This initiative seeks to facilitate the transition of primary school students to secondary school.
Priority for affiliated schools
Families who take pre -registration at a Vilafranca institute and come from a member of a member will enjoy priority in accessing the places. This measure claims that students in public schools have the same opportunities as those who come from concerted centers.
Guaranteeing educational continuity
The five institutes of Vilafranca have established a system of affiliation with all the public schools of eleven municipalities in the region. This allows the students of public schools to have priority in accessing the 1st ESO places, thus ensuring the pedagogical continuity between the two educational stages.
