The DSV Club Volleyball Sant Cugat is on the verge of a new sporting success, and that is that the Sant Cugat women can qualify for the play-off for the title of the Superliga Iberdrola, the first division of Spanish women’s volleyball, for the fourth year in a row. To do so, they just need to win their next home game against bottom-placed Feel Alcobendas on Saturday, February 24 at 7:15 p.m.

The team led by Rafa Ruiz is currently third in the standings and is within reach of finishing in the top six, who are the ones competing in the play-off for the title. Their opponent for this day is Feel Alcobendas, a team that has already lost the category, but that has not given up and has faced many rivals. Rafa Ruiz, coach from Sant Cugat, has warned of their danger: “We cannot trust each other, it is a team that has a good group, with quality players and that has put more than one team in difficulty.
