A Christmas full of creativity in Encamp
The first day of December will mark the start of a new edition of the Christmas Decoration Competition in the parish of Encamp. This initiative, which is aimed at merchants, companies and local entities, seeks not only to beautify the spaces, but also to encourage the active participation of the community in a festive atmosphere.
Categories and requirements for participation
All establishments in Encamp and El Pas de la Casa can enter the competition. Participants will compete in six different categories, which include ground floor shop windows, interior premises, restaurants, buildings and hotels, both in communal and exterior areas.
An essential Christmas atmosphere
The decoration must reflect the essence of Christmas and be visible to all during the competition period, which will run from December 1 to January 6. This is an opportunity for each establishment to show their creativity and contribute to the festive atmosphere of the parish.
Rating and awards
The Encamp Municipality will reward creativity, harmony and sustainability in decoration. Participants will receive a badge to accredit their participation, which must be displayed visibly. The jury, made up of professionals from the sector, will evaluate the proposals on December 16th and 17th.
Attractive prizes for the winners
The prizes will vary between 150 and 450 euros, depending on the category and position obtained. This variety of rewards encourages merchants to participate with enthusiasm and originality.

Those who wish to participate must submit their registration form to the Encamp or Pas de la Casa Tourism offices before December 1. The rules of the competition are available for consultation, and all interested parties are advised to inform themselves appropriately.
