An unforgettable gastronomic event
Next Friday, March 7, Riudoms is preparing to host its 13th edition of the Gaudí tapas, an event that extends for two weekends: from 7 to 9 and from 14 to 16 March. This route of tapas is a unique opportunity to revitalize the landscape of local restaurants, offering the neighbors a perfect excuse to enjoy the company of friends and family.
A diversity of culinary proposals
This year, a total of 10 establishments will participate with their original creations, offering a new lid for the occasion. Attendees will enjoy each lid accompanied by a drink for only € 3.50, an offer that promises to satisfy the most demanding palates.
Rhythms and flavors: tapas with music
One of the novelties of this edition is the return of the ‘Tapas with rhythm’, an initiative that was born last year and has had an exceptional reception. Imma Mestre, Councilor for Municipal Promotion, commented: “Music brings a special atmosphere that makes people meet and enjoy these moments together.”
Scheduled music activities
During the Saturdays of the route, there will be various musical activities that will complement the gastronomic experience. On March 8, the Municipal Pavilion will host a great party dedicated to the dance successes of the 90’s and 2000’s, while on March 15, the group Va de Vent will tour the establishments with live performances.
Awards and incentives for participants
In addition to enjoying the tapas, participants will be able to qualify for various prizes, such as the ‘Gaudí Award’, which will be drawn among those who deposit a ticket in the ballot box of each establishment. There will also be a ‘full prize’ for those who taste the 10 tapas, who will receive a bottle of Riudoms oil, and a ‘star prize’ with a voucher of € 50 to spend on one of the participating restaurants.
Celebrating local creativity
The following on the route will be announced the winner of the best lid prize, a recognition that fosters creativity and excellence among local restaurateurs. This edition of the Gaudí tapas is not only a celebration of food, but also of the community and local culture.
