A Year of Transformation and Growth
The Santa Tecla Network has presented its annual report, a document that details the activities carried out during 2023 by all the foundations that make it up. This year, the report includes relevant data from various entities, such as the Sant Pau i Santa Tecla Hospital Foundation, and the Estela Foundation for Disability, among others.
Strategic Projects in View
Among the initiatives that have set the pace for the organization, the expansion of the Hospital del Vendrell and the reactivation of the new La Muntanyeta Bonavista residence stand out. These actions not only seek to improve health care, but also to adapt the facilities to the current needs of the population.
Relocation and New Facilities
The Santa Tecla Llevant residence will move to a new space on Rambla Nova in Tarragona, in the remodeled Capuchins building, which will represent a significant improvement in its infrastructure. In addition, work has begun to build a new mortuary in the Tarragona cemetery, which also belongs to the organization.
Commitment to Equality
One of the highlights of this year has been the approval of a new Equality Plan, in response to Organic Law 3/2007. The report details the objectives of the plan and the actions developed by the Equality Negotiating Commission, marking a significant step towards effective equality between genders.

An important innovation in this report is the inclusion of comprehensive data on the specialized and intermediate care provided by the Fundació Hospital Sant Pau i Santa Tecla. This information includes aspects such as the professional team, the services offered, and the recognitions obtained during 2023.
