A call to normality
After confirming its participation in the interception of the Iranian attack against Israel, the Jordanian authorities call for a return to normalcy.
The operation, which also had the cooperation of the United States and the United Kingdom, has created a climate of caution in Jordan, although the authorities assure that all public services and study centers will continue their uninterrupted activity.
A call to responsibility
The Jordanian government, led by Prime Minister Bisher al Jasauné, urges all parties involved in the conflict to act with responsibility and restraint to avoid an escalation of hostilities.
However, it has denied that a state of national emergency has been declared, and local media have been asked to verify the information before publishing it.
Confidence in normality
The Jordanian council of ministers assures that everything will continue as normal in both the public and private sectors, after the attack which involved the interception of flying objects by the army to protect the public.
Although fragments of the Israeli projectiles fell inside Jordanian territory, no major damage or injuries were reported among the population.
