A new collaborative model
The recent Diputació de Tarragona Diputación Diputación Plan is leaving a significant imprint on the municipalities of Camp de Tarragona, Terres de l’Ebre and Baix Penedès. Since its implementation by mid -2024, 180 investment projects have been activated, with the collaboration of almost 100 city councils, with financial support of 9.77 million euros.
Projects that transform the territory
The investments made are part of a four -year plan, designed with the support of the Diputación. The most relevant actions include the renewal of public facilities, the arrangement of road infrastructure and the improvement of water and sewerage services, which will be executed in the coming months.
Concrete examples of impact
Some of the most prominent initiatives include the construction of new kindergartens in Tortosa, the installation of lifeguards in Cunit, and the renewal of the community space in Vandellòs. In addition, a significant step has been taken to sustainability with the purchase of electric vehicles and recharging infrastructure in El Perelló.
Commitment to sustainability
The Ddipta Plan not only promotes economic development, but also is committed to ecological transition. Investments on solar panels for public buildings are planned, improvements in air conditioning systems and creation of green areas that act as climate refuges. In total, more than 785,000 euros are allocated, with the Alt Camp leading the initiative with 10 of the 16 investments in this sector.
A strategic financing
The Impulsdipta Plan is a fundamental resource for the councils of the province, allowing them to make their projects a reality with a financing that exceeds 90% in many cases. In total, the plan for the period 2024-2027 has an endowment of 147 million euros, of which 86.5 million will be assigned to investments and works.
Evolution in municipal management
In addition to the financial contributions, the plan has meant a restructuring in the service that the Diputación offers to the municipalities, reducing the administrative procedures by 90%, thus facilitating their implementation.
Looking to the future
With the strength of the Impulsdipta Plan, the municipalities of Tarragona are ready to face future challenges, betting on sustainable and accessible development that benefits all citizens. The commitment to innovation and sustainability is the way to go for a more resilient Tarragona.
