Call and key dates
The Government of Andorra has announced the call for official Catalan language exams for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. These tests will be held on June 14 and 21 at the Andorran Secondary School of Santa Coloma. Only the oral tests of levels B2 and C1 will be held on different dates, on June 13 and 20 at the Catalan Center of Escaldes-Engordany.
Participation and levels of test
The last edition recorded great success with the participation of seven hundred candidates. The examiners of levels A1, B2 and C2 will be presented on June 14, while those of A2, B1 and C1 will do so on June 21.
Details about the registration
The registration period will begin on April 7 at 8 am and will close on April 15 at 3 pm. Registrations can be made online through the official platform https://www.e-tramits.ad, with a rate of 17.15 euros per candidate. In addition, those who need special adjustments for the tests may request adaptation measures.
Results and evaluation
The results of the exams will be accessible on July 3 at 10 am through the Government website. In addition, changes have been made to the qualification scales in order to align the scores with the standards of other Catalan -speaking territories.
Changes in the rating
For the current call, level C1 candidates will have to get a minimum of 65 points out of 100 to be considered suitable, while in the section on integrated skills, they will need a minimum of 48.75 points out of 75. For their part, level B1 candidates will have to obtain at least 10 points out of 20 in the oral expression and interaction section.
Post of scales
The updated scales for all levels will be published in a warning of official Catalan language exams at BOPA next Wednesday, thus providing a clear orientation to candidates on the necessary requirements for approval.
