The 24th day of the Third Division arrived with a match circled in red on the calendar: the county derby between Peralada and l’Escala, a clash between two teams located in the middle of the classification table that finally ended with a distribution of points ( 1-1).
The champagnes, who arrived at the duel with good dynamics as locals – they had achieved victory in the last two games played at home – had the first opportunity before the break, with a header deflected high.
