A day dedicated to solidarity and sport
On the recent Sunday, PortAventura World transformed into a vibrant stage of solidarity with the celebration of the Fun Run, a charity race that has caught the attention of more than 1,750 runners. This event has united sports, fun and unmatched social commitment.
Exciting routes through the park
The participants had the option to choose between two routes of 5 and 10 kilometers, both with departure and arrival at the Dreams Village. The race offered a unique experience, passing through the six thematic areas of PortAventura Park and in front of some of the most iconic attractions such as Shambhala and Dragon Khan.
Significant collection for social causes
With this edition, more than € 22,500 have been collected, which will be for two social entities. The Fundación Soñar Despierto, which provides educational and recreational support to minors in foster care centers, and the Diagrama Foundation, which offers psychological therapy to children in vulnerable situations, will be beneficiaries of these funds. In addition, the Dreams Village project will continue to provide free stays with families with serious illnesses.

The day was attended by various organizations, including Always Make-up and La Caixa Welfare Projects, among others. These collaborations have been essential to reaffirm the PortAventura Foundation’s commitment to improving childhood well -being and social inclusion.
The PortAventura Foundation’s mission
Since its founding in 2011, the PortAventura Foundation has tirelessly worked to integrate vulnerable groups into society, with a special focus on children and young people. His most prominent project, PortAventura Dreams, offers free stays to families who need emotional support and recovery.
A future committed to the community
With more than 400 families hosted annually, the Foundation continues to organize events and activities that not only raise funds, but also raise awareness of the importance of support for people at risk of exclusion. The Fun Run has been a palpable demonstration of how sport can unite people for a common cause.
