The College of Property Managers of Madrid, an entity that oversees the operation of nearly 200,000 communities of owners in the region, has established an alliance with ChargeGuru. Through this collaboration, the implementation of collective infrastructures for electric vehicles in community car parks will be promoted in a safe and simple way. This initiative aims to prepare communities for a future in which only zero-emission vehicles will be sold. ChargeGuru offers the Zeplug service, which is aimed at reducing the costs of pre-installations in homeowner communities and encouraging this type of infrastructure. This gives registered estate managers the confidence that they can propose to their communities and buildings the implementation of this service with guarantees of quality and efficiency. In addition, this service is free for owner communities, as all investment in the collective infrastructure is borne by ChargeGuru.
Scalable Service and Additional Benefits
The Zeplug solution offers the possibility of incorporating unlimited charging points, as they are requested, until all parking spaces are covered if necessary. This scalable service allows each resident to install their own charging point, either on property or by subscription, using electricity from renewable sources. In addition, the agreement between the College of Real Estate Administrators of Madrid and ChargeGuru includes training measures on the use and importance of top-ups for members, as well as other additional benefits, such as the promotion of sustainable and safe solutions .
