Celebrating Educational Excellence in Baix Camp

The Reddis Private Foundation has once again been the scene of an event that highlights its commitment to education and innovation. This year, the entity has celebrated a new edition of the Reddis Awards, which recognize high school research and vocational training projects, with the aim of promoting young talent in the region.

The jury members placed special emphasis on the quality and rigor of the works presented, which reflected a high level of creativity and research.

High School Awards: Innovation and Creativity

In the fourteenth edition of the Baccalaureate Awards, a total of 30 works were presented by various secondary schools. After an exhaustive selection, the jury awarded the works in two categories: the Scientific-Technological Field and the Humanities, Social Sciences and Art Field.

Scientific-Technological Field

The winners in this category were: Ester Adolfini Guillemat and Sofia Lara Girbes, both winners of the first prize ex aequo for works on industrial electrification and nanotechnology. The third prize was awarded to Júlia Guinaldo Albesa for her research on the energies of the future.

Field of Humanities, Social Sciences and Art

In this category, Abril Campreciós Massagué won first prize for her work on wetlands, followed by Arnau Sánchez Queralt and Marta Roca Salvadó, who were recognized for their work on white marks and water sports, respectively.

The Professional Training Awards: A Social Commitment

At the same time, the Professional Training awards were also a success, with two proposals that stood out for their quality. Loïc Marcos Micó was awarded first prize for a study on an endangered bird species, while a group of students from Ins Baix Camp received second prize for their initiative ‘Dentalmente Felices’.

Reflections and Future Commitment

The jury members expressed their gratitude to all the participants and called for continuing to promote academic excellence. The Reddis Private Foundation thus reaffirms its mission to promote research and creativity among young people in the Baix Camp, contributing to a promising future in the educational field.

With these recognitions, the Foundation not only celebrates academic success, but also promotes the importance of collaboration between educational centers and society, highlighting the fundamental role of teachers in developing students’ potential.
