Folgueroles receives record subsidies
The municipality of Folgueroles has experienced a historic day with the approval of unprecedented subsidies. The September plenary session gave the green light to a set of subsidies that mark a new stage of growth for the town. This decision was approved unanimously, with the exception of the PSC’s abstention in the case of the multipurpose building.
Remodeling of Avenida Atlántida
One of the areas that will receive a significant boost thanks to these subsidies is Avinguda Atlântida, which will be the subject of a fundamental remodeling. This road is one of the main arteries of Folgueroles and its improvement will contribute to the development and modernization of the town.
Investments in youth and municipal services
The grants also include items for youth projects, with a significant increase compared to previous grants. Likewise, investments in municipal services have been approved, such as the new master plan for the water supply service, which foresees the needs of the population in the next 20 years.
Recognition of municipal management
The mayor, Carles Baronet, has emphasized that this record in subsidies is the result of good work in the presentation of projects and valued reports. This recognition highlights the management and planning capacity of the town hall, which has managed to attract important resources for the development of Folgueroles.
