At present, there is a lack of professionals to take over for retiring teachers. The demographic outlook presents this fact as a trend that will grow a lot in the next five to fifteen years. The social perception of people who dedicate themselves to teaching, the disdain for professional dedications that are not assimilated to a high retributive level does not help.
