A weekend full of flavor and innovation
This weekend, the city of Salou will host the 13th edition of Sabor Salou, one of the most emblematic gastronomic fairs in Catalonia. The appointment promises to be a great event that will attract thousands of visitors to the capital of the Baix Camp.

Located on Paseo Jaume I, the fair will extend until Sunday, May 25, with 38 exhibitors and 57 stands dedicated to gastronomy and gourmet products. The news is the Gastroab By Makro space, a stage where showcookings, tastings and workshops for all audiences will be held.
Workshops and showcookings with renowned chefs
One of the most anticipated moments will be the chef’s workshop Pep Moreno, with Michelin star, which will take place on Sunday. His proposal, focused on cooking with love, will include simple recipes for family enjoyment.
Schedules and activities for all
Sabor Salou will extend its schedules, opening from 12 to 12 at night during the three days of the fair. The program includes varied activities such as children’s workshops on cookie decoration, wine and beer tastings, demonstrations of international cuisine and live music performances.
A space designed for coexistence
With the aim of offering a pleasant experience for all attendees, the fair has organized the space in different areas: gastronomy, shows, children’s and chill-out, thus guaranteeing the comfort and well-being of the visitors.

Attendees will enjoy popular tastings of paella and fideuada, as well as cocktail masterclasses such as Pisco Sour and Mojito. There will also be street shows with giants and batucades, as well as a space dedicated to the little ones with games and creative workshops.
