On Tuesday, April 8, Sant Cugat hosted a memorable event with the presentation of the new edition of Món Sant Cugat. The event, which took place in the Modernist Casa Generalife, marked a significant moment for both the magazine and the local community.
A commitment to local communication
The Mayor of Sant Cugat, Josep Maria Vallès, expressed his support for the Totmedia group, recognizing his fundamental role as a platform that goes beyond communication. “Totmedia is an active agent in the social cohesion of Sant Cugat, contributing to the creation of a sense of belonging through its initiatives,” he said.
GeneraLife: a space for the community
Mireia Jordà, the promoter of Generalife, shared her vision of this new project: ‘My desire is that this space is not only a building, but a place where life and community can be merged.’ The house, designed by Eduard Maria Balcells in 1919, will open to host a variety of events that promote social interaction.
Highlights of the Sant Cugat World
Xavier Grau, director of the magazine, revealed that this edition focuses on the city’s emblematic houses.
