A celebration of fashion and community
This morning, the Tarragona City Council has joined the Via T association to announce the second edition of Spring Show, an event that promises a day full of fashion and entertainment for the whole family. The appointment is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 5pm in the Granotes Park, an emblematic place selected by local traders to present their spring and summer collections.
Local business participation
The establishments that will be part of the parade include names such as Minimum, Les Mitges, Casa Figueras, Sastreria Pizarro, Madonna Moda, Antonia Pinilla & C10 Kids Junior, Beautiful Bride, La Sabateta, Atelier de Bodas, La Saleta and Trasquilón hairdressers. Each of them will present the latest trends for the season, contributing to the festive atmosphere of the event.
Activities for all
In addition to the parade, Spring Show will include a section dedicated to the little ones, called Tardo Kids. This space will offer various activities, with the collaboration of the African Women Association, which will offer African braids, and Yoli Children’s entertainer, which will bring balloons and facial painting shows. There will also be a nanotechnology workshop organized by the Cancer Association, where children will be able to experiment with laboratory material.
Gastronomy and aesthetics
The event would not be complete without an area dedicated to gastronomy and beauty. Attendees will enjoy tastings of oysters, ice cream, cocktails, sausages and wines, with the participation of shops such as Soho Sea Food, Red Lab, Raffa Gelati and PAR ICCI. In addition, Nails Studioar will offer manicure services with creative designs, while experts from Collageno California and Clínica Odita will be present to offer aesthetic advice.
An endless event
The fashion show will begin at 9pm, and in a gesture of solidarity, the President of Via T, Raquel Pizarro, has announced that 500 chairs are offered to one euro each. The funds raised will be destined to a Valencian association that helps shops affected by the Dana, with the initiative ‘El Comercio saves in the trade’.
A traveling event
Spring Show is an event that changes its location every year, and the previous edition took place in Verdaguer Square. This year, the organizers seek to offer a new experience through a different scenario, strengthening their connection with the Tarragona community.
Final reflections
With a proposal that fuses fashion, gastronomy and fun, the Minister of Commerce, Economic Promotion and Tourism, Montse Adan, emphasizes the importance of the event to invigorate local trade and foster a festive atmosphere for the whole family. Spring Show is not only a platform for shopkeepers, but also an opportunity for the community to join and enjoy a memorable day.
