A Critical Situation
The war and the Israeli government’s indiscriminate attacks on the civilian population of Gaza continue, creating a critical situation that has led to a rallying of support for the Palestinian people.
The Israel-Palestine conflict, which dates back some 70 years, has reached an unprecedented situation. The government of Israel has launched an all-out offensive against the Palestinians in response to the attack by the terrorist group Hamas, causing a large number of innocent victims.
This situation has brought Gaza to an unprecedented level of emergency, with the population suffering from hunger, thirst and disease due to the lack of humanitarian aid.
Violation of International Law
According to the UN, a violation of international law and human rights, as well as the Geneva Conventions, is being committed in Gaza.
Support Concentration
The Association of Friends of Palestine has organized a rally in which four fundamental points will be requested: demanding the cessation of the genocide against the Palestinian people, the rupture of relations with Israel, international measures to stop the settlement of settlers , and compliance with the right to return according to Resolution 194 of the United Nations General Assembly.
The rally will take place on Wednesday 19 June and also on Wednesday 26 June in Plaça d’Espanya in Alcoi.
