On Sunday, April 20, Alcoy became the epicenter of joy and tradition, with one of the most anticipated events in the festive calendar. The neighbors gathered to enjoy a day that combines music, parades and an unmatched festive atmosphere.
A day of glory despite inclement
Although the weather forecasts were not favorable, nature decided to give the Alcoyans one more than acceptable morning. Despite the cold and some small showers, the attendees enjoyed the day of glory, with high smiles and moods.
Tradition and elegance in the parade
The event began on time at 10am from the Plaza de España, with the interpretation of the Hymn of Festivals. The 14 representatives of the crescent rows opened the parade, led by Mauro Camáñez, who made his debut as Sergen Moro. In a dress designed by Jorge and Nicolás Pérez, in blue and orange tones, he captivated the audience from the beginning.
