A Centennial Space
Located between Raval and Sant Antoni, the oldest brewery in Barcelona is Fàbrica de Moritz. With more than 150 years of history, this space offers a unique experience for beer lovers.
Apart from being a brewery, the Fàbrica de Moritz is also a restaurant, a shop and a museum. Unlike the traditional image of a factory, this one is camouflaged among the everyday life of the neighborhood, offering a unique space that is worth discovering.
A Unique Experience
Inside, the factory has a merchandising shop that leads to the restaurant. The latter maintains the original aesthetics of the premises, with an industrial style that captures the essence of the beer that ferments in its bowels.
In addition to enjoying a meal, visitors can participate in a beer tasting, offering the possibility of tasting up to four different beers for a price of €8. This experience is perfect for an evening with friends, allowing diners to discover new flavors and pair them with the restaurant’s dishes.
Variety of Beers
La Fàbrica de Moritz offers a wide range of beers, including Moritz Original, Moritz 7, Moritz Epidor, Moritz Negra, Moritz Red IPA and limited edition seasonal beer, such as La Velo. The latter is a fresh, unfiltered beer, available in select places such as the Velódromo bar and other premises of the brand.
For those who can’t decide which beer to try, the staff is available to advise them according to their tastes, offering a curious and fun experience for all beer lovers.
