The ordinary March meeting will take place today at 6 p.m. in the Plenary Hall of Sant Feliu Town Hall. During this session, several important issues for the city will be approved.
Approval of public prices for La Fira 2024
One of the points to be discussed will be the approval of the public prices for La Fira 2024. This fair is a prominent event in the city and it is important to establish the appropriate prices to guarantee its continuity and success.
Changes to the rates for the Escorxador municipal swimming pool
Another topic to be debated will be the changes to the fees of the Escorxador Municipal Swimming Pool. It is important to adjust the fees to make them accessible to all citizens and encourage the use of this sports facility.
Local and general motions
During the plenary session, several local and general motions will be presented. Among them, a manifesto for International Women’s Day, a motion of support for the opinions of the Consultative Council of the Elderly of Baix Llobregat and a motion of adhesion to the Institutional Declaration for the European Day in memory of the victims of terrorism stand out.
In addition, there will be proposals from different municipal groups, such as a proposal for legal reforms against employment presented by the Popular Party, a motion regarding the reduction of the legal maximum working day presented by the Sant Feliu En Comú Podem group and a proposal for the implementation of the ‘Tiempo para ti’ program presented by the VOX group.
Other important topics
In addition to the topics mentioned above, other issues relevant to the city will be discussed. Among them, the second credit amendment for the year 2024 will be approved, it will be proposed to declare the property of La Unió Coral of special interest or municipal utility and the 2024-2025 Regulatory Plan will be presented.
There will also be a discussion on the application of the maximum additional increase of 0.5% approved by the Council of Ministers of February 6, 2024, and the approval of the collaboration and management assignment agreement is suggested the Sant Feliu City Council on behalf of the Agency for advice and management of housing services 2024-2027.
In the area of Economic development and promotion of the city, it is suggested that the approval to declare void the tender for the concession contract, through competition and processing, for the private use of a stall in the Municipal Market of Sant Feliu.
Other items on the agenda
Finally, the agenda also includes 3 Extrajudicial Recognitions of Credit, one in each area, and the urgent proposal to grant competitive grants for the projects of various entities in the field of leisure education for academic year 2023-2024.
