The PSC and the referendum

The deputy first secretary of the PSC, Lluïsa Moret, has stated that the PSC does not consider the referendum as a unifying instrument, but as a generator of confrontation and division. According to Moret, dialogue and agreement are key to normalization.

Self-government and public policies

In relation to self-government, the PSC defends the exhaustion of the exclusive competences of the Generalitat to generate prosperity in Catalonia. Moret emphasizes the importance of prioritizing this logic to develop public policies that solve the real problems of the population.

The vision on amnesty

Lluïsa Moret expresses the conviction that most people, including socialists, understand amnesty as a useful tool despite initial doubts. Affirming that Catalonia needs political and social normality, he defends the need for a clear commitment to coexistence and respect.

The pro-independence ILP

With regard to the popular legislative initiative (ILP) that asks Parliament to declare independence, Moret considers that it is neither appropriate nor the right time to present it. He criticizes the warning of Catalan Solidarity for Independence as a purely electoralist message of confrontation.
