A unique gastronomic publication
The Disfrutar restaurant was the setting for the presentation of the third issue of Apart magazine. This gastronomic publication, which is published once a year, is produced by Cuina magazine. On this occasion, the masters of ceremony and co-directors of the magazine were Oriol Castro, Mateu Casañas and Eduart Xatruch. The presentation was made by Judith Càlix, director of Cuina magazine.
Exploring Mediterranean culture
The third issue of Apart, as in previous years, reflects and analyzes cultural and gastronomic aspects of the country in a leisurely manner. In this edition, the common thread is the Mediterranean, a region rich in flavors and culinary traditions. Through seven in-depth reports, the magazine explores the different Mediterranean cultures, from Roses to Greece, passing through Italy, France, Morocco and Croatia.
The legacy of the chefs
The restaurant Diseño, led by Oriol Castro, Mateu Casañas and Eduart Xatruch, has been chosen as the host of the third issue of Apart. This recognition is no coincidence, since the three chefs have a special link with the Mediterranean. Born and raised on the coasts of Girona, Barcelona and Tarragona, they have grown up surrounded by the culinary wealth of the region. Their passion for local produce and tradition is reflected in every dish they create.
An international recognition
The Enjoy restaurant currently has three Michelin stars and ranks second on the list of the best restaurants in the world. On June 5, the three chefs will travel to Las Vegas to attend the 50 Best Restaurants gala, where they could be named the best restaurant in the world. This international recognition is a reflection of the talent and dedication of Oriol Castro, Mateu Casañas and Eduart Xatruch.
