An unexpected event in the Horta-Guinardó
The community of Sant Genís dels Agudells is preparing for a festival that promises to be an unforgettable experience. From May 30 to June 1, this emblematic district of the Horta-Guinardó district will host a series of activities for all tastes, with a special approach to inclusion and fun for the whole family.
Place and access to parties
The events will take place mainly in the Plaza de Meguidó, an emblematic space for the community. The access is simple, with various public transport options that include bus lines 19, 76 and 112, as well as the Vall d’Hebron metro stations (L3 and L5).

The program of the Festa Major is designed to offer a diverse range of activities that will be carried out mainly in the Plaza de Meguidó, with some exceptions.
Friday, May 30
The opening of the festivities will take place with a welcome tabal and a speech by Rosa Alarcón, a prominent figure in the neighborhood. The activities of that day will include a water space for the whole family and a dance with the resident DJ, which promises to move everyone until night.
Saturday, May 31
On Saturday, it will begin with a table tennis tournament at the Casal de Pites Seniors, as well as open doors at the Palmero Museum. The little ones will enjoy a children’s snack and a show dedicated to them. The day will culminate with a sisterhood dinner and a festival dance, with Swing Latino rhythms.
Sunday, June 1st
Sunday will be full of family activities, including a child morning with foam cannon and a popular paella. The day will end with a singing of havaneras, a tradition that is always welcomed among the neighbors.
Amusement Fair: Said fun
In addition to the activities scheduled, the amusement fair will be available from Friday to Monday, offering a perfect opportunity for families to enjoy various attractions and games.
