Increase in Fees and Work Commitment

The premium.cats Rights Department, employers and the majority unions in the premium.cats services sector in Catalonia have agreed on a 5% increase in fees to improve the working conditions of professionals in the sector. This agreement, signed recently, has retroactive effects on January 1, 2024. In addition, the Permanent Delegation of the Parliament has validated the credit modification decree approved by the Government on April 9.

Commitment to Transfer the Salary Increase

Drets premium.cats has announced that the increase in fees aims to move towards a minimum wage in the sector and to equalize wages with professionals in the health sector and the public. In addition, the definition of a career that rewards training efforts, professional qualification and linguistic availability is sought.

The agreement has been signed by the Confederation of the Third Sector premium.cat, the Catalan Association of Care Resources (ACRA), the Health and Care Consortium premium.cat of Catalonia, the Catholic Sociosanitary Centers of Catalonia (CESOCAT) , the Catalan Association of Health Entities (ACES), the Union of Small and Medium-sized Nursing Homes (UPIMIR), the Catalan Union of Hospitals (UCH) and the Association of Dependency Care Centers (ACAD).
