Sant Cugat Women’s Qbasket scored a resounding 60-35 win over UE Barberà, demonstrating a high level of performance on Sunday, February 4. The players displayed strong defense, allowing only 13 points in the first half, thus consolidating a crucial victory to avoid relegation.
A contentious start, but clear dominance
The Sant Cugatenques started the match with the determination to make a difference both in the game and on the scoreboard. Despite an even start, Qbasket Sant Cugat managed to prevail in the rebounds, despite not achieving a big difference in the score (13 to 10). However, in the second quarter, they achieved overwhelming dominance, increasing their lead to 31-13.
