Emilia del Hoyo breaks the absolute record of 60 meter hurdles

Meritxell Soler wins the 10 kilometers of Vilafranca with a women’s record

Marina Guerrero, part of the Catalan mixed relay quartet, won bronze, repeating her presence on the podium for the second consecutive year. And in the absolute long cross race, Mireia Guarner was the best Catalan athlete, placing 31st.
Griselda Serret is proclaimed champion of Catalonia under 20 athletic marching route
On the same Sunday, in Vendrell, the Catalunya Under-20 Athletics Road March Championship was held, where the marcher Griselda Serret gave a big surprise by proclaiming herself champion of Catalonia, after winning the 10 kilometer march with a time of 48’05” (mmp). This time also means exceeding the minimum required to take part in the next U20 World Championship.

Also throughout the whole day on Sunday, at the Catalunya Indoor Track, in Sabadell, the Catalunya Masters Championship was held, where the Manresa representation had an outstanding performance, adding eighteen presences on the podium, with 9 golds, 7 silvers and two bronzes.
